This article summarizes how returns, RMAs, and restocking fees work so you can request approval the right way. The full policy page remains the source of truth: Return Policy. Unless a product page states different terms, the standard rules below apply.
What is the return window at 7 Sporting Goods?
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Count from the delivery date, not the order date. Damage, defects, or incorrect items must also be reported within that same 14-day window.
If a product page shows a shorter window or special handling terms, those product-specific terms override the standard policy for that item. Review the PDP before you order special-order, custom, or restricted-return items.
How do I request an RMA?
- Email rma@7sportinggoods.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.
- Attach photos of the item, packaging, damage, or defect when asked — we may require photos before approval.
- Wait for written approval. If approved, we email an RMA form and return instructions.
