Yoga sandbags are a helpful prop for strengthening and lengthening poses. Each bag weighs 10 lbs and can add steady support during yoga practice.
Use them on the thighs in hero's pose and reclined leg stretch, on the abdomen for breathing awareness, under the feet for a hamstring stretch, or under the buttocks for lift in seated poses. Each bag is made of high-quality packcloth with an inner coating that helps prevent dust and sand from escaping through the thick brushed cotton fabric or moisture resistent nylon fabric.
The bags include two natural colored sturdy handles for easier carrying and positioning. Available options include Navy Blue (Cotton) and Black (Nylon).
