The Maretron MPower® CLMD16 is a 16-Channel DC Load Controller Module with NMEA 2000® and J1 & J2 connectors. It is designed for controlling larger breakers and more circuits in marine DC systems.
It includes sixteen (16) dimmable Electronic Circuit Breakers (ECBs) for On/Off control over the NMEA 2000® network. Four breakers are capable of carrying up to 25 Amps, twelve breakers are capable of carrying up to 12 Amps, and the module has a total current capacity of 125 Amps. Circuits can also be paralleled.
The CLMD16 supports two H-Bridge reversing polarity circuits for loads such as engine hatches, passerelles, and trim tabs. It also provides 8 inputs for hard-wired switches, 3 inputs capable of monitoring tank levels, and current monitoring through each of the 16 breakers for overcurrent and undercurrent conditions.
Additional features include IP67 rating, ignition protection, opto-isolation from NMEA 2000®, capacitive touch switches for local control, breaker lockout, power-up state settings, automatic overcurrent shutdown, and automatic thermal shutdown.
