The Adidas Adjustable Grip Trainer is built to develop grip strength for the forearms and hand muscles. It uses a solid metal spring and a durably molded frame to support focused grip training.
Adjust the resistance from 10–40 kg with the unique tension dial to keep progressing and avoid training plateaus. The rubberized handles are designed to help provide a stronger grip when applying maximum pressure.
This trainer is made to improve muscular endurance as well as grip strength, helping you work toward heavier lifts and greater reps without your grip letting you down. Browse more Gymnastics Equipment or pair it with a 20Kg Olympic Weightlifting Barbell, 31Mm Shaft, 7'.
