The Adidas Essential Skipping Rope is designed to help develop cardio endurance, foot speed, and total coordination during training.
It features an ergonomic bottleneck inspired structure, durably molded plastic handles, subtly textured grips, and a smooth tangle-free ball bearing mechanism for slick rotations. The rope uses a thinner rubber-coated braided steel wire for optimal rotational speed and path control, making it suited to more advanced users working on boxing or general training.
At 300 cm long, it includes an easy adjustment system that does not require cutting, so you can set a length that feels comfortable for your height. A stylish drawstring bag is included for easy storage and use on the go. See more options in Jump Ropes or compare with the 9Ft Steel Cable Velocity Jumprope.
