It helps fully stabilize the basketball goal at regulation height after a shot and reduces the duration of vibration to maximize practice efficiency. It easily installs onto square poles on Silverback basketball hoops within minutes and is compatible with hoop lights. If a hoop light is already installed, the proper spacers for the light come with the purchase of a Static Shot.
