The Per4m Jump Trainer is built for basketball, volleyball, track & field, and all manner of athletic and resistance training.
Use it to maximize vertical and horizontal explosiveness by strengthening the quads, hips, and glutes—the muscles that contribute most to jumping and vertical leap. It adds intensity and consistent positive and negative resistance to jumping, squatting, and other lower body drills and exercises.
Includes 10 instructional drill cards to help guide training sessions and exercise variety. For more strength-training gear, browse Dumbbells & Kettlebells or pair it with a Deluxe Speed Jump Rope With Foam Grips | 10' 6".
