The Lifeline Fitness Ankle/Wrist Attachment For Resistance Bands is an interchangeable accessory designed to work with your Lifeline Resistance Cables for targeted training.
Use it on your ankle or wrist to help isolate hard-to-train areas across the upper body, core, and lower body. Lifeline’s patented interchangeable process makes it easy to add or subtract resistance cables and increase or decrease peak resistance from 10lb to 100lb.
Wear it at the wrist as an alternative to one of our handles to help take stress off your hand/finger joints during upper body or core exercises. Wear it at the ankle to increase lower body strength or train for explosive movements. It is adjustable in size for a safe and secure fit, padded for comfort, and made with heavy duty nylon material for use in gyms, studios, or at home.
Often used with other Lifeline resistance items such as the Train Station Doorway Gym and the Lifeline Door Anchor, as well as Variable Resistance Kits.
