Each plate features an integrated metal sleeve and standard 2" holes to fit Olympic size bars smoothly and securely. The oversized holes with grip design also allow these weights to be used for handheld exercises. Available options include 2.5LB, 5LB, 10LB, 25LB, 35LB, and 45LB.
