The Silverback Nxt 54" In-Ground Basketball Hoop is built with a powder-coated steel pole and a revolutionary installation design for a stable, court-ready setup.
It uses Stabili-Strength Technology to install the pole directly into the ground and secure it with concrete inside the pole for increased stability and ultimate strength. The 54" W x 33" H backboard features folded edges for increased rigidity, while the Quick-Play design helps make assembly as quick and easy as possible.
This basketball hoop comes partially assembled with attached hardware and a pro-style breakaway rim. The spring-activated rim flexes under pressure, similar to professional-style rims, and helps protect the backboard and prevent player injuries. An all-steel crank actuator adjusts the rim from the NBA and NCAA regulation height of 10 feet down to the safety-approved 7.5 feet.
