It also works for basketball passing and quick-return shots, plus practice with soccer balls, footballs, and volleyballs.
Built for solo training, the rebounder can be moved for practice anywhere, anytime and stored in most compact spaces when not in use. It measures 46.5” tall at the tallest height, 45.5” long, and 39” wide, and adjusts to 50, 65, and 80 degrees.
