This set includes a blue High Step platform and 4 original risers. The platform features one (1) 13" x 9" stepping surface, and the four (4) risers measure 16" L x 16" W x 2" H. Use the included risers to adjust the platform to 4", 6", 8", 10", or 12" heights.
Each High Step and riser includes four nonskid feet to help prevent sliding or moving during exercise. The risers and platform also feature a resistance band notch to safely hold the band in place. Made in the United States from durable, recyclable high-density polyethylene, this set supports up to 275 pounds, or up to 400 lbs. with risers.
