The Step Adjustable High Step Aerobic Platform in gray is a versatile workout platform for aerobic and strength training at home. It includes 1 platform and 4 risers to help support a wide range of exercise routines.
The platform features one (1) 13" x 9" stepping surface and four (4) risers measuring 16" L x 16" W x 2" H. Use the included risers to set 4" to 6" to 8" to 10" to 12" platform height options. The High Step and risers are made with four nonskid feet, and the risers can be used on indoor flooring from carpet to concrete without leaving behind scratches.
Each riser and the platform include a resistance band notch that safely holds the band in place. Made in the United States from durable, recyclable high-density polyethylene, this set supports up to 275 pounds or up to 400 lbs. with risers.
