The Step Adjustable High Step Aerobic Platform is a compact home-fitness platform designed for aerobic and strength exercises. This teal set includes one blue High Step platform and 4 original risers.
The platform features one (1) 13" x 9" stepping surface and four (4) risers measuring 16" L x 16" W x 2" H. Use the included risers to create 4" to 6" to 8" to 10" to 12" platform height options.
Each High Step and riser includes four nonskid feet to help prevent sliding on indoor flooring from carpet to concrete, and the platform and risers feature a resistance band notch to hold the band in place. Made in the United States from durable, recyclable high-density polyethylene, it supports up to 275 pounds, or up to 400 lbs. with risers, and includes a 90-day manufacturer's warranty period.
