A comprehensive series by Professor Wally Jay on his Small-Circle Jujitsu. Covers warm-up exercises, techniques for falling and recovery, an exploration of human body vulnerabilities, and an extensive repertoire of locking techniques for wrists, fingers, arms, and legs. Prof. Jay also delves into throwing techniques, effective chokes, and practical self-defense tactics against strikes, chokes, body grabs, and wrist grabs. Having attained his Black Belt in Kodenkan Jujitsu under Professor Henry S. Okazaki in Hawaii, Prof. Jay drew upon his extensive background in boxing, weightlifting, judo, and jujitsu to forge the principles of Small Circle Jujitsu. By combining these disciplines, he created an extremely potent self-defense system. Central to this is the concept of "wrist action," which became the cornerstone of Small Circle Jujitsu.
