Bruce Lee Jeet Kune Do Trapping Skills & Drills DVD features Jeremy Lynch teaching practical trapping concepts and applications in Jeet Kune Do.
Jeremy Lynch began martial arts training at age 7 with traditional karate, continued at age 13 at one of Jhoon Rhee's schools studying Tae Kwon Do, and later joined Tim Tackett's personal training group. After six years of Tae Kwon Do, he went on to work with many of Jeet Kune Do's original students and has been part of the Jeet Kune Do family for 17 years.
Jeet Kune Do trapping is used to take control of an opponent, momentarily tie them up, neutralize their striking ability, and move into a counter technique. In this volume, Jeremy teaches you how to flow with your opponent and apply the trap, including drills and applications such as bridging the gap, attack by drawing, and JKD's famous swinging gate drill.
