Chinese Dragon Form Fist by Leo Chu and Francis Au is a 64-page martial arts book from Plum Publications, presenting a Dragon form associated with a branch of Choy Li Fut and described as a Southern Style Dragon Fist, or more of a “middle” boxing form.
Inside, you’ll find large photos of the Dragon form, small photos at the bottom showing applications for the movements, and Chinese and English facing text. The back includes a picture of the author playing with the famous Shek Kin.
This 6 x 9 paperback is one of those learn-a-form-in-an-afternoon style books that first appeared in the BLE (Bruce Lee Era) and is now available again.
