The I&I Sports Iron Palm Developer Bag Unfilled is designed for Chinese Iron Palm training and can also be used for other martial arts practice.
Inspired by authentic design provided by Grandmaster Brian Gray, it is constructed from durable canvas with the proper surface texture. The large size gives the hand enough room to be immersed in the contents of the bag. It fits properly on a "slap stone" (a block of concrete 8" wide by 16" long), and the proper position for the Iron Palm slap when breaking is length-wise. The empty bag can be filled with beans, rice, sand, or steel shot depending on your use. Made in the USA. Size details: 8" x 12" fill area; 16" x 9" overall.
