Okinawan Karate and Kobudo Legends #15. Seikichi Odo: Ryukyu Kobujitsu. Master Seikichi Odo is considered one of the true Okinawan treasures of the martial arts. His skill and knowledge were second to none. He was as comfortable with a weapon as he was without one. His wide range and knowledge of traditional Okinawan forms made him one of the few Okinawan masters who will live on as a legend. He demonstrates and teaches over 20 katas alone; including rare forms like the Eku and Ninte; plus basic forms like Bassai done the original and correct way. Unfortunately; Hanshi Seikichi Odo passed away in March of 2002 and this DVD is to honor and enhance the legacy of a great karate and kobudo master. Approx. 56 minutes.
