The Ur-20 Jtr Series Vest is designed with incorporated pre-molded foam in the front and back of the vest.
Unlike a flat piece of EVA foam that has to wrap around the rider’s body, the pre-formed mold is made to add flexibility and better conform to the rider’s chest and back.
