The Defender Extender™ Basketball Training Pads are designed to help players practice against a simulated taller, longer, and more athletic defender. They support dribbling, offense moves, shooting over a coach or trainer, and finishing at the rim.
Use the pads to work on jabs, fakes, straight line drives, ball protection, closeouts, contesting shots and dribbles, reaching in, providing contact, and learning how much space you need to get your shot off. The pads are made of very soft material and do not hurt to get hit with, making them useful for contact drills.
Size: 27" X 6" X 6". The pad is 16" in length and the handle is 11" for a total of 27" in length. Just adjust your hands on the sticks to change your wingspan.
