Hoop Handz Weighted Basketball Gloves are heavy basketball training gloves designed to help develop stronger, quicker, and faster hands through normal dribbling, passing, rebounding, and shooting drills.
Each glove uses over 1 lb of weight per glove with weight distribution around the hand’s flex points to support hand, wrist, and forearm training. The gloves also feature an anti-grip palm, a sleek low-profile shape, and 4-way stretch material that forms to your hands with wear. Hoop Handz are not for use during scrimmage or live play.
Available pair weights are X-Large at 3 lbs 13 oz, Large at 3 lbs 10 oz, and Medium at 3 lbs 4 oz. Smaller sizes are offered in Adult Small and Youth Large with adjustable weight. If you are between sizes, go with the smaller size. Hand length sizing is measured from the break of the wrist/very edge of palm.
