The Hoopsking No Palm Dribbling & Shooting Palm Aid (Pair) is a basketball training tool designed to help players keep the ball off the palm and use the finger pads for better control.
It supports dribbling and shooting practice by encouraging finger-only handling, helping strengthen fingers and wrists, improve weak-hand use, and deliver immediate feedback when the palm gets too close to the ball through the bristled button design. Available sizes: Small-Medium and Large-XL.
For more sports training essentials, see Ball Sports > Soccer > Balls or pair your routine with Ball Corral (Balls Not Included).
