The Hoopsking Vertical Jump Trainer Resistance Bands are designed to add resistance to your jump training and support athletes working to improve vertical leap performance.
This Pro model extends from the waist to the heels and provides up to 200 lbs of resistance. It is made for continuous wear during your workout, with a comfortable waist fit that helps keep training uninterrupted. The bands are optimized for athletes over 5'6"; for those under this height, the bands may not engage immediately due to slack at the start of the movement.
Use the Vertical Jump Trainer as part of your current program to challenge jump-specific muscles, add resistance to drills, and amplify weight workouts without changing your routine.
