This standard folding incline mat is a 30" x 66" x 14" training mat filled with 55 ILD polyurethane foam and covered in tough 18 oz. vinyl.
When folded, it becomes an excellent 30" x 33" x 16" spot block. It is designed for kids ages 5-8 and under 5' tall.
