This Intermediate One Foot Jump To Two Feet Mat, 15” X 62” is designed as the next progression for teaching one foot jump to two feet rebound to the stop sign.
After students have mastered the rebound off the spider, instructors can use the same pattern on the springboard with the poly mats. This helps make vault instruction easier and more fun for everyone.
