This 10 lb power rod is a replacement part for BowFlex home gym equipment and provides ten pounds of resistance.
It measures 48 1/4" long, with a coated rod diameter of 5/8" OD and an uncoated rod section that mounts into the box at 9/16" OD.
Replacing the rod is simple: remove the screw from the bottom of the old rod, pull the rod from the rod holder box, then install the new rod using the screw from the old rod. The manufacturer recommends replacing the power rods on both sides to keep the resistance level equal.
