This 30" pro-style cambered lat bar is made from solid steel with a chrome finish. Its angled ends and stirrup handles help create a deeper stretch than conventional lat bars for more effective training.
Knurled grips provide a secure hold, while two additional contoured inner grips let you use the bar for triceps press-downs and biceps curls, too. A free-moving center swivel helps keep motion smooth and uninterrupted.
