The pedals include a snap-in toe cage for traditional athletic shoes, using a quick release lever for easy removal. When the toe cage is not in use, the pedals adapt to Look Delta cleats and are ready to accept cycling shoes with SPD cleats.
This pedal pair features an oversized spindle with sealed commercial bearings. It is the threaded version and fits 9/16". It fits any indoor cycling bike.
