This Sportsmith cable reel is a 1000FT reel of 1/4" diameter cable with black nylon coating.
The cable is galvanized aircraft grade, lubricated, high carbon steel cable with standard nylon coating. The wire rope without coating is actually 3/16", and the finished cable is 1/4" cable coated to 1/4". It has a 4,200lb tensile strength per foot and a 7 x 19 strand construction.
Cable must be stripped for use with fittings.
