It works as both left and right when installed onto a StarTrac Johnny G Pro or 7000 NXT indoor cycle. It works only as a left flywheel bearing when installed onto a Startrac Johnny G Elite. Specs: inside diameter 25/64", outside diameter 1", and width 5/16".
