This pair of hold-down straps is for the Bowflex SelectTech stands with media racks for 552, 560, and 1090 dumbbells.
The straps fit around the dumbbell handles to hold them in the stand. Each end of a single strap snaps around the dumbbell stand, The strap gets buckled around the dumbbell handle.
Item is sold as a pair. If you need to replace the strap for both dumbbells, this pair of straps will have you covered. If you only need to replace one strap, you will have a spare.
