The Sportsmith Leather Dip Belt With Chain is designed to suspend weight plates from the waist for added resistance on dip exercises.
Pass the chain through the support ring on the opposite side of the leather dip belt, then through the weight plate, and fasten the clasp to the support ring attached to the chain. Suspended weight helps keep the belt tightened around your waist for a safe, effective workout.
