Upgrade the challenge of your Bowflex home gym with this 100 lb power rod upgrade. It is made for certain Bowflex home gyms and increases resistance from 210 lbs to 310 lbs.
The upgrade includes 2, 50 lb power rods for a total of 100 lbs, plus mounting screws. This setup uses the 2 additional spots in the home gym.
Compatibility note: Power rods cannot be upgraded on Classic, PR1000, PR3000, Motivator 2, and Conquest home gyms.
