This Sportsmith resistance tube with foam grips provides light resistance of 7 - 8.5 lbs for strength and conditioning work. The green tube is lightweight, easy to carry and store, and is made for body use only.
It features comfortable foam-coated grips, a 36" tubing length, and contains latex. Resistance tubes are an ideal supplement or alternative to weight machines and free weights because they provide progressive resistance as they are stretched.
Great for use with P90X® and aerobic exercises. For more strength-training options, browse our Dumbbells & Kettlebells category or pair your setup with the 15Kg Olympic Weightlifting Barbell, 25Mm Shaft, 6 1/2'.
