This new style sleeve is designed for the seat post and handlebar of certain StarTrac indoor cycles. It helps eliminate the use of shims to better reduce wobble in the handlebar and/or seat post.
Use this sleeve only on compatible Star Trac indoor cycles. It is not compatible with the Pro bikes that have notches in the frame at the seat post or handlebar.
