This galvanized steel thimble is designed to help create loops in cable for attachment bars on selectorized strength equipment. It is commonly used with a sleeve oval to form a secure cable loop.
Wrap the cable around the thimble, thread each end into the sleeve oval, and crimp the sleeve oval onto the stripped cable. A snap link can then be used to attach bars and handles to the thimble and cable loop.
Fits coated cable diameters of 1/4" and 3/16".
