This tool kit is made for installing pedals on an exercise bike and tightening them to the proper torque.
It includes an adjustable torque wrench in a click-style design, plus a 15mm crowfoot wrench with 3/8" drive and a 9/16" crowfoot wrench with 3/8" drive. Using the right torque can help prevent damage to pedals and crank arms caused by over-tightening or under-tightening.
