The whisper drive engine came on machines with serial numbers SM5270L19180138 to Current.
The whisper drive engine features an added reinforcement gusset to remove flex, a harmonic damper to reduce vibration, and a bearing housing between the brake and transmission (gearbox) bracket to stabilize the pulley shaft.
