The TYR Women's L-2 Lifter is a dedicated weightlifting shoe built for athletes who take platform performance seriously.
It features a 21mm heel-to-toe drop, the highest in TYR's footwear range, to support deeper squat depth, a more upright torso, and maximum power transfer from the floor up. A patented wide toe box lets the foot splay naturally under load, while the rigid TPU midsole and heel counter deliver zero-compression stability. Adjustable double leather straps lock the midfoot down with precision, and the TYRTAC™ rubber outsole helps keep you planted through every pull, press, and squat.
Available in 166 White/Orange and 424 Blue/Red, with sizes including 6.5, 7.5, 8, 8.5, 9, 9.5, 10, 10.5, 11, 11.5, 14.5, and 15.5.
