The Rupes SMARTFIX Smart Connector 5/8" Pin for Rotary Double-Sided Pads is a quick, tool-free solution for mounting double-sided rotary pads.
Instead of using threads, the pad presses onto the dedicated SMARTFIX backing plate and locks with a secure mechanical click. To remove it, just pull it off—no spinning and no tools required.
Built to help eliminate cross-threading and over-tightening, this system provides a stable and reliable connection during heavy-duty polishing. It is designed for professionals in detailing, body shops, and marine environments.
SMARTFIX is made to streamline pad changes and maximize workflow efficiency.
