This Basic Chess Set Combination includes single weighted regulation plastic chess pieces, a vinyl tournament chessboard, and a basic chess bag.
The pieces follow a Traditional Staunton pattern and include a 3.75" king with a 1.5" base diameter. The complete set has 34 pieces, including two additional queens for pawn promotion, and the pieces are manufactured out of plastic to withstand tough abuse.
The Vinyl Tournament Chessboard has 2.25" squares, rank and file labels on all four sides, and is made from high-grade vinyl that resists dirt, tearing, and spills. The Basic Chess Bag measures 8.5" x 6.5" and features an easy-to-open/close zipper to secure the pieces during transport.
