This DVD by GM Timur Gareev focuses on the 4.Qc2 Nimzo-Indian for intermediate and advanced players. Gareev explains why there is no reason to allow a Queen's Indian, and why Black can struggle against this White response.
The course highlights the Classical 4.Qc2 as a key way to handle the Nimzo-Indian, with ideas for White supported by extensive analysis. It also notes that 4.Qc2 has been favored by both Kasparov and Carlsen with excellent results. Timur Gareev is an American Grandmaster who was part of the University of Texas at Brownsville's chess team from August 2005 to August 2006 and again from August 2009 to December 2011, helping the university obtain its first national championship.
