Positional Mastery is a chess instruction course from Thechessworld focused on how to gain and convert an advantage through positional play. GM Damian Lemos explains how to keep asking your opponent questions until they make a mistake.
This course teaches how to interfere with development, provoke pawn moves that create strong outposts or open lines, use strong waiting moves, establish winning pawn formations, maneuver in closed positions, improve your pieces with every move, and handle positions where your opponent seems to have everything covered. It features clear commentary on 4 highly instructive games: Rozentalis – Tyomkin, 1997; Balashov – Nadezhdin, 1997; Nielsen – Pedersen, 2000; and Hoefker – Bischoff, 1997.
Advance Chess Course Edition highlights include an exclusive Grandmaster/Master video, highest quality audio and video with Grandmaster Webcam, PDF chapter summaries, 20 relevant and challenging practice problems per disc with solutions, and PGNs for every game.
