This is the second volume in the Richter-Rauzer series from Chess Enterprises. It covers the Sicilian lines where Black plays 6....e6 7 Qd2 a6.
The material is presented from Black’s point of view, and in many variations Black dictates the choice of variation. These lines tend to require precise treatment, but they are still within reach of the average player and can lead to a very reasonable endgame.
The previous Modern Richter-Rauzer volume covered variations other than 6....e6, and the concluding Classical Richter-Rauzer volume covering 6eeeee6 7 Qd2 Be7 is still under preparation. Browse more in Chess Books or related reading like Exploit Imbalances In Chess - Empire Chess.
