This Chess Enterprises book outlines two fundamentally different ways for White to attack the Modern Benoni Defense.
It presents Taimanov's 7 f4 and 8 Bb5, which the author suggests may even be an outright refutation of the modern Benoni, especially with the follow up 8...Nfd7 9 a4!.
The second system, the Knight's Tour, can be used not only versus the traditional 1 d4 Nf6 2 c4 c5, but also against other move orders that appear more frequently, such as 1 d4 Nf6 2 c4 e6 3 Nf3 c5 and 1 d4 Nf6 2 Nf3 e6 3 c4 c5.
