HIARCS Chess Explorer is a chess database, analysis, and playing program for PC Windows or Apple Macintosh computers. It combines an intuitive graphical user interface with the HIARCS 14 chess engine for players from beginner to Grandmaster.
Key features include comprehensive PGN database support, the Game Explorer, Player Explorer, Openings Explorer, Analysis Explorer, and Custom Game Play mode. The GUI works with any UCI compatible chess engine and includes quality piece set graphics, board textures, artist designed icons, and a comprehensive user manual with context sensitive help.
It also supports English, French, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, and Spanish. Deep HIARCS Chess Explorer offers the multi-core/multi-processor version of HIARCS 14 plus additional online content, including 1 Terrabyte of Chess Endgame and Opening Book Databases, while HIARCS Chess Explorer includes standard online content only.
