ALL SALES FINAL! NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!
The Imperfect 3.875" Zagreb '59 - Prestige - Blood Rosewood / Genuine Ebony - Wood Chess Pieces set from The House Of Staunton is a full tournament-sized chess set with a 3.875" King and a 1.75" diameter base.
Each piece is hand carved by master artisans from the highest grade woods, with heavy weighting, luxurious billiard cloth base pads, and a beautiful finish. The Zagreb '59 design is inspired by the most popular chess set used at major international chess tournaments throughout the 1950s and 1960s, including the World Championship Candidates Match held in Bied, Zagreb in 1959.
As an imperfect item, this set falls below the House of Staunton's inspection standards. The inspection report notes a crack on the base of the Genuine Ebony Bishop and a hairline crack on the base of the Blood Rosewood Knight, both as seen in photographs.
This item may also have other minor imperfections not pictured. All sales are final.
