Choose from 2.25" or 2.5" squares. The board is 0.75" thick. The 2.25" Chess Board Footprint is 22 1/2" x 22 1/2", and the recommended Chess Board Bag is 24" x 24". The 2.5" Chess Board Footprint is 24 1/2" x 24 1/2", and the recommended Chess Board Bag is 26" x 26".
