The Improved Fischer Spassky Series from The House Of Staunton is a full tournament-sized set of electronic chess pieces designed specifically for use with the DGT Projects Electronic Chess Board, which must be purchased separately.
This set features a 3.75" King with a 1.6" diameter base. The chess pieces are hand carved by master artisans, crafted out of the highest grade woods, heavily weighted, and finished with luxurious billiard cloth base pads.
Each new set consists of 34 Chessmen, including four Queens, a standard introduced by The House Of Staunton in 1993. Please note: these pieces will not work with the DGT Pegasus Chess Board or DGT Centaur Chess Computer.
